College coaches in the NFL: Good, bad and works in progress

College record: 21-13-1; NFL record: 154-121, 2 Super Bowl championships -- He left Boston College after just three years to coach the expansion Jacksonville Jaguars in the mid-1990s and, within two years, got them to the AFC Championship Game. He repeated that feat three years later. But with a few more years under his belt, his second head coaching stint has been much better, leading the New York Giants to two Super Bowl championships.
