Suspect in Cedar Mill killing back in Portland

PORTLAND -- A 19-year-old man accused in the killing of a 71-year-old Cedar Mills woman has been brought back to the Portland Metro area to face charges.

Micus Ward was lodged in the Washington County Jail early Thursday morning.

He and his cousin, 17-year-old Joda Cain, are accused of killing Cain's great-grandmother Jacqueline Bell.

Cain is being held in a juvenile detention center.

A Washington County grand jury is set to hear evidence in the case on Monday.
