Anthony Benjamin, held his head in his hands during sentencing Friday.

The victim's wife broke down in tears and was unable to finish her statement in court. Her friend took over and described the day she had to tell the couple's 4-year-old twins that their father was dead.

“As a parent, we work our best to make kids feel safe 51 and having to explain to the little girls that evil really does exist in this world,” she said.
