PORTLAND -- Police in Seattle have arrested the suspect in a recent attack at Portland State University.
Investigators said 28-year-old Timothy Webster assaulted a woman February 25 on the PSU campus. A warrant was issued for his arrest on sex abuse charges.
He was arrested in Seattle on charges of burglary, harassment and criminal trespassing. He was booked into the King County Jail Tuesday.
The PSU assault victim said Webster grabbed her and rubbed himself against her outside the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science on Southwest 4th Avenue, according to campus police.
Webster had been banned from the PSU campus in the past, and his criminal criminal history includes trespassing, burglary and domestic abuse of an elder.
