PORTLAND - Freezing fog and icy drizzle remained in the Columbia Gorgle Thursday morning a day after high winds, freezing rain and sleet.
Several schools planned a late start.

Trucker Chuck Wyatt told KGW the high winds were strong enough to potentially blow over a semi-truck with a light load, so it was important to drive slowly if traveling through the Gorge.
"It's strong, really strong, right here. I didn't feel it until I stopped here [in Troutdale], but now that I'm stopped, it's really shaking the truck," Wyatt said.
