PORTLAND - A 35-year old man was killed crossing Southeast 82nd Avenue in Portland Tuesday night.
Oregon State Police said the unidentified transient was crossing near Sunnybrook Boulevard just after 8 p.m. when he was hit by a van.
The driver was not hurt and cooperated with police.
