PORTLAND – Detectives in Oregon arrested a suspect in a cold case murder of a California woman, deputies said.
On Wednesday, detectives apprehended 74-year-old Charles Clark of Beavercreek, Ore. for the 1990 murder of 36-year-old Kathleen Witkowski in Tustin, Calif.
Clark is in the Clackamas County Jail pending extradition to the Orange County Jail.
