PORTLAND -- The owner of a Southeast Portland antique market is frustrated after someone shot out nine of her windows.

Kellie Riedman is fed up because her store, the Monticello Antique Market  at Southeast Stark and Southeast 82nd Avenue, is the continued target of vandals who are shattering her windows.

She is offering a $1,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest.

"It's frustrating and it makes me cry," she said.

Riedman said the vandalism started around Dec. 10 when she found three of her windows shattered. After repairing those windows, she found more shot out the day after Christmas.

She said other nearby businesses have had similar problems and she's looking for a solution.

"It's costly. It's stupid and other business owners say they've had windows shot out. They say they want to move. I can't do that," she said.

Riedman filed a police report and is eager to work with officers. She's also considering installing security cameras, but in the meantime, she hopes offering a reward will help bring someone to justice.

KGW reporter Art Edwards contributed to this report.
