PORTLAND – One person was hurt in a shooting in Southeast Portland Sunday.
Just after 9 p.m. police were called to 620 Southeast 148th Avenue.
No victim or suspect was found, but a man later arrived at a Portland hospital by car. His injuries were not life-threatening. Police identified the victim as 23-year-old Justin Matthew Fennern.
Anyone with information was asked to call police.
