VANCOUVER, Wash. -- An armed barricaded man was arrested at a home in Vancouver early Wednesday morning.
Police were called to the area of E. 36th & M St. at around 4:30 a.m. on a report of a disturbance possibly involving weapons. Officers tried to get the man out of the house without any luck, so SWAT teams were called to the area. He was safely taken into custody at around 6:30 a.m.
The man's girlfriend and friends left the home and weren't injured in the incident, according to Sgt. Kathy McNicholas.
