PORTLAND -- Several thousand people came to Oregon Convention Center Sunday for a casting call for the reality show "The Biggest Loser."
Not all were contestants. Many were friends and family supporters.
But the line started forming at 5 p.m. Saturday night and by Sunday morning, snaked around the entire convention center.
"You know, I'm trying to recapture my life," Chantel Ripley said.
Only 16 people from Portland will advance to the next level. The NBC show is holding casting calls in 15 U.S. cities.
The winning loser earns $250,000.
