ASHLAND, Ore. -- A Central Point man is facing 15 child pornography charges as part of an investigation into the online exchange of videos and images depicting the rape and sexual abuse of children. Police said that 21-year-old Christopher Keith Eells was arrested Tuesday and charged with 15 counts of encouraging child sexual abuse. Eells was released from the Jackson County Jail on Wednesday after posting bail that had been set at $750,000. Central Point police Sgt. Josh Moulin of the regional High-Tech Crimes Task Force in Southern Oregon said the investigation began a year ago but declined to give details.
