PORTLAND -- Police have released a photo of the suspect in a recent attack at Portland State University, warning anyone who sees him to call 911 immediately.

Investigators believe Timothy Webster, 28, assaulted a woman in broad daylight on the PSU campus on Feb. 25. Now there is a warrant out for his arrest on sex abuse charges.

Webster has been banned from campus in the past, according to authorities. His criminal history includes trespassing, burglary and domestic abuse of an elder.

The woman hurt in the campus attack said the suspect grabbed her and rubbed himself against her. It happened just before 1 p.m. outside the Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science, at 1930 SW 4th Avenue, according to campus police.

Webster was described as white, in his late 20s, about six feet tall, with a stocky build and a beard. He was wearing a blue rain jacket, a green bandanna and a gray stocking cap with tassels.

Anyone who spots Webster was urged to call 911 or the Campus Public Safety Office at (503) 725-4404 immediately.
