SILVERTON, Ore. -- A man who had been evicted from a Silverton RV park and reportedly returned and shot someone before he was shot by police.

Victim 32-year-old Nicholas Lee Fisher was recovering Tuesday from gunshot wounds.
Authorities said around 1:50 p.m. Hickey, armed with with two guns, shot another man in the Silver Spur RV Park at 12622 Silverton Road N. Arriving officers then exchanged fire with the gunman.
The owner of the RV park told KGW that he had warned police several days earlier of the gunman's unwanted, erratic behavior, including threats with guns. He had been evicted earlier from the park.
The suspect reportedly had a handgun and a rifle. Video from Sky8 shows a rifle on the ground near a picnic table after the gunfight.
"I heard shots fired at two different times and at two different locations" said witness Tim Hughes. He first heard three shots, then witnessed the shootout with police.
Officers involved were 34-year-old Marion County Deputy Ryan Postlewait and Oregon State Police Troopers 30-year-old Nick Rhoadesand 33-year-old James Andrews.
"He was firing at the police and the police did everything they could," Hughes said. "You could hear them yelling, 'Put the weapon down,' and he didn't listen. I watched him get shot multiple times. His hands went up. He flew over backwards. He was on the ground. Until the end he was trying to grab a weapon."
No officers were hurt.
Roads around the shooting scene were closed during the investigation.
