PORTLAND - Freezing rain could be coming back to the Portland area.
The National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory for freezing rain until noon Wednesday for the Portland, Vancouver and the Columbia River Gorge.

Light freezing rain will be possible between 4 a.m. until around 10 a.m. The threat will last until noon in areas closer to the Columbia River.
With wind chill, overnight temperatures were expected to feell like the 20s. Anyone seeking shelter was asked to call 211. A list of shelters was also put out by Multnomah County.
The advisory was also in effect for the lower Columbia River Valley and Cowlitz River Valley until midnight Wednesday.
KGW Meteorologist Nick Allard said where there is fog, there is also the possibility of ice on roads.
