VANCOUVER -- The unknown holder of a Powerball ticket sold in Vancouver has matched five of six numbers to win $1 million.
The ticket was for the Wednesday evening drawing. No one matched all the numbers and the Saturday drawing at 7:59 p.m. could reach $214million.
The person with the $1 million should sign the back and come to a Washington lottery regional office to claim the prize.
