Ooooh, baby, baby, baby! Teen mega-star Justin Bieber comes to the Tacoma Dome Tuesday night.

Tacoma is one of Bieber's first stops on his "Believe" tour. He'll be performing with Carly Rae Jepsen, who sings the often parodied song "Call Me Maybe."

The concert starts at 7:00 p.m., with doors opening at 5:30 p.m.

Close to 20,000 fans are expected to attend. Commuters should expect heavy traffic on both north and southbound I-5 through Tacoma most of the evening.

Two weeks ago, Bieber made headlines when he threw up twice on stage in Phoenix.

Bieber is the second most popular person on Twitter with 28 million followers. Already he's tweeted about tonight's show: "thanks for letting me live my dream and do what i love everyday. tacoma...see u tomorrow. #BELIEVE"

He was in Portland Monday night and also tweeted about that show: "that was LOUD!! Portland...we killed it! #winning. haha. #BELIEVEtour"
