CALDWELL, Idaho -- Authorities say a 3-year-old boy has drowned near the Caldwell airport.
Dispatchers with the Canyon County Sheriff's office say the boy was reported missing around 4 p.m.
Sheriff's deputies say the child's body was later recovered from Indian Creek near Maverick and Sage drives west of the Caldwell airport.
A man who identified himself as a relative of the victim had to be restrained by police after he made threats to a KTVB employee trying to report the story.
