PORTLAND -- The casting agents behind the popular TV show, "Portlandia" said they're looking for "everyone and their grandma" to be extras for the filming of season three.
The show will be filming scenes on the streets, cafes and hiking trails of Portland.
The extras will be paid $70 a day if they're hired to be in a scene but applicants needs to be available for call-ins on short notice.
"Portlandia" is created by the Independent Film Channel and has become a hit comedy. Stars Fred Armisen (from Saturday Night Live) and Carrie Brownstein offer an amusing view into Portland's unique oddities through a variety of eccentric characters.
