One person injured after stabbing in Spokane

One seriously hurt after Spokane stabbing

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Police Department is investigating a stabbing that happened near North Magnolia Street in Spokane on Tuesday evening.

According to police, one person is in the hospital with serious injuries. SPD got the call around 9:20 p.m. about a stabbing on North Magnolia Street and East Wellesley Avenue.

Officers on the scene said they do not believe the stabbing was random and there is no ongoing threat to surrounding community members. They did not identify the victim or possible suspect(s).
