Deputies arrest theft suspects after I-90 chase

SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. – Spokane County Sheriff's Deputies helped Post Falls Police catch a couple of theft ring suspects Thursday night.

Post Falls police ran the license plates on a suspicious van, found it was stolen and they tried to stop the driver.
But the driver took off, driving all the way into Washington.

Officials said the drivers even threw items out of the van during the pursuit including gas cans and a weed-wacker. Deputies said the driver lost control after exiting off I-90 at Pines in the Spokane Valley. Both a man and a woman in the van ran off.

A K-9 was able to catch the man. A deputy caught the woman. Both were arrested on multiple felony charges.
