Sabra recalls hummus products over listeria concerns

The Sabra Dipping Company is recalling some of its hummus products due to concerns about listeria.

The organism was found in the manufacturing facility but not in the actual product.

Sabra is voluntarily recalling its hummus products made before November 8th, 2016 out of an abundance of caution.

Sabra urges customers to discard the hummus with a "best before" date of January 23rd, 2017.

Listeria can lead to serious infections in young children and older adults.
