3 arrested in connection with pot dispensary burglary

PORTLAND, Ore. - Three men were arrested Thursday in connection with a Thanksgiving Day marijuana dispensary burglary in Southeast Portland, police said.

Officers responded to an alarm at 4:16 a.m. at the Allied Patient Care Dispensary, located at 729 Southeast Powell Boulevard.

According to police, as officers arrived, they saw three suspects running from the business. One suspect was apprehended quickly while the other two suspects hid in the neighborhood. The two outstanding suspects were located and taken into custody without incident.

During the investigation, officers located a van with the engine running parked across the street from the dispensary. Inside the van, officers observed marijuana plants and a rifle. The van and contents were seized as evidence.

Joshua Nathan Nice, 23, was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Burglary in the Second Degree and Conspiracy to Commit Burglary in the Second Degree. Additionally, Nice had an outstanding parole violation warrant.

Winston Oscar Mcleod, 23, was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Burglary in the Second Degree (two counts). Additionally, Mcleod had an outstanding misdemeanor warranSeth Laban Williams, 26, was booked into the Multnomah County Jail on charges of Burglary in the Second Degree.
