BOISE - A Nampa man was sentenced to seven years in federal prison Tuesday for selling drugs to a police informant.

Anthony Rennie Jones, 29, pleaded guilty to distribution of methamphetamine in January.

Investigators said Jones, a known gang member, sold the informant meth four times between October 2012 and January 2013, when he was arrested.

Agents found about $15,000, multiple handguns and  "other items associated with drug dealing" during a search of Jones' home and workplace.
