BOISE -- The sentencing hearing for a man who killed a Meridian attorney has been postponed until spring.
Rob Hall was convicted in October for murdering Emmett Corrigan outside a Meridian Walgreens.
Hall's sentencing hearing had been scheduled for 9 this morning, but it was postponed so the prosecution could review a mental health evaluation that was recently provided by Hall's attorneys.
A judge set a new date for Hall's sentencing. It is now scheduled for March 21.
He is facing 10 years to life in prison.
