BOISE -- The stars were out in Boise Saturday night as cyclists took over the streets for the 26th annual Exergy Twilight Criterium.
While the cyclists thrilled racegoers, a lot of confusion came as the outcome of the women's pro race was announced. First, Boise-resident Kristin McGrath won, then that was overturned, then the overturn was over-ruled.
