BOISE -- A semi-truck rolled and knocked down a power pole on Highway 16 Wednesday morning.

The accident happened around 9:30 a.m. near mile marker three.

Sgt. Ken Ramage with the Ada County Sheriff's Office says it appears the truck driver may have become distracted and failed to negotiate a curve in the highway.  The truck was loaded with building supplies.  The driver was not hurt.

Traffic was reduced to one lane for about a half hour.  Both lanes of the highway are open again.

About 535 Idaho Power customers were without electricity because of the downed power lines.  As of 11:30 a.m. that figure had been reduced to 321 customers.  Crews will have to replace the power pole.  No word yet on how long that will take.

Around the same time, there was also a one car rollover on Interstate 84 near Ten Mile Road.

Idaho State Police dispatch says the driver of a 2005 Chevy pickup lost control of the truck and rolled.  The driver was not hurt.

Two of the three westbound lanes were blocked for about an hour.  Traffic is flowing normally again on the interstate.
