BOISE -- Prosecutors say a Canyon County Sheriff's deputy charged with stalking his ex-wife, sometimes while he was on duty, has pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent exposure.
Joshua Keyes was sentenced Monday to an additional 25 days of jail time and behavior therapy. He will not be allowed to contact his former spouse for the next four years.
Keyes resigned from law enforcement after his February arrest.
Prosecutors say Keyes entered his ex-wife's home without her knowledge or permission at various times during the day and night, sometimes while she slept. Keyes said he exposed himself to his wife on at least two occasions.
He initially pleaded not guilty to second-degree stalking and unlawful entry.
