MERIDIAN, Idaho -- Three Boise teenagers were arrested Tuesday night after a home invasion robbery in Meridian.
Meridian Police responded to a call for help at 10:20 p.m. at a residence in the 1500 block of W. Sandalwood Drive.
Police say two males, later identified as 19-year-old Tyler Matlock and 19-year-old Tanner Jacob Currie, forced their way into the home that was occupied by two adult males, three adult females and three children ranging in ages from 1 to 9.
Witnesses told officers the men fled in a silver 1997 Saturn. The car was located a short time later near Fairview Avenue and Eagle Road by an Ada County Sheriff's deputy. Matlock, Currie and 19-year-old Jordyn Salyers were taken into custody.
Officers recovered three handguns in the car.
The three suspects were booked into the Ada County Jail for robbery and criminal conspiracy.
Investigators say the victims were specifically targeted by the suspects.
