LATAH COUNTY, Idaho. --- An Idaho man convicted of three murders is asking for a reduced sentence.
John Lee, 30, has filed motions asking for a shortened sentence.
In May, Lee was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Lee killed three people and injured a fourth person back in July of 2015 in Moscow.
According to the motion, Lee asked for a sentence of 25 years to life in prison.
He is also waiting for a response from the Idaho Supreme Court after he filed an appeal back in July.
In his plea agreement, Lee waived the right to appeal, but he is now trying to get the plea rescinded.
