Also on Friday, the area's biggest nonprofit ski and snowboard swap will be held at Newport High in Bellevue. On Nov. 20, the annual Ski & Snowboard Sale at the Washington State Convention Center kicks off.
On Saturday, Nov. 14, the Puget Sound Symphony Orchestra holds its season opener. Tickets in advance are $4 for seniors and students, $7 for adults. Prices go up by $3 at the door.
The Nordic Heritage Museum in Ballard holds its annual Christmas Festival Nov. 21-22.
