GRESHAM, Ore. -- High winds Tuesday knocked a tree right onto a MAX train and its overhead wires in Gresham.

The tree cracked windows on the train. There were no reports of injuries to passengers in the 4 p.m. mishap between the Gresham Central Transit Center and Cleveland Avenue stations.

Shuttle buses ran passengers between the stations until repairs were made to the wires. Trains resumed running early Wednesday morning.
