SEATTLE -- Seattle Police released video from the June 30 deputy-involved shooting at the SODO light rail station that left one man dead.
The video shows transit fare enforcement officers escorting Oscar Giron and another man from the southbound light rail train.
A King County Sheriff's deputy walks into view about a minute later. The deputy and a fare enforcement officer try to quickly grab hold of Giron and take him into custody.
Giron pulls out a handgun and then he can be seen pointing his gun at the deputy's head. The deputy opens fire, fatally wounding Giron.
Moments after the shooting, Giron’s companion can be seen rushing up to the deputy and grabbing him before the deputy quickly backs away and points his gun at the other man.
Warning: Video could be disturbing.
