LACEY, Wash. – One person has been killed in a reported triple shooting in Lacey.

It happened around 10:30 a.m. in the 5900 block of Daniel Loop SE.

The Thurston County Sheriff's Office confirms one person has been killed. The conditions of the two other people were not immediately known.

Police are searching for at least one suspect, possibly two. One suspect was described as wearing a black hoodie.

Eight schools are reportedly in lockdown as a precaution: Chambers Prairie, Horizons, Lakes, Mountain View, Woodland elementary schools, Aspire and Komachin Middle School and Timberline High School. Parents are asked to wait until the lockdown is lifted to contact their children.
