BELLEVUE, Wash. -- Beginning Monday, Bellevue Way through downtown Bellevue will be closed for 12 days during a major expansion project of Lincoln Square.
Utility work will require complete closure of Bellevue Way between NE 4th and NE 6th streets until May 23. During the closure, all businesses will remain open and accessible, but drivers should expect detours. The majority of the road work will take place between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m.
The development is being planned by Kemper Development Company, which is building a new office tower and hotel space expected to be completed sometime during 2016.
