Kirkland Police say a collision Saturday night that injured six people - five of them members of a bridal party - is being investigated as possibly DUI-related.
Kirkland Police say just after 6 p.m., a vehicle traveling southbound on Juanita Drive crossed the center line in the 13800 block and hit a northbound vehicle.
The female driver of the southbound vehicle was ejected from her vehicle and was taken to Harborview Hospital with a possible brain injury, but is expected to survive.
Five women - all part of a bridal party – in the other car were taken to Evergreen Hospital with possible broken bones and non-life threatening injuries.
The Kirkland Police Department’s Traffic Unit is conducting the investigation.
