SPOKANE COUNTY, Wash.--The snow was dumping in Spokane on Monday. The City said its plows were out on the streets.

The City said it had nine deicer/plows covering the emergency, arterial, bus and hill routes.
In addition, the City said five sanders were out covering North, South and the Central business district as well as outlying areas.
Spokane Valley leaders said crews would be heading out Monday afternoon to plow primary and secondary arterials as well as hillsides.
They will be coordinating with the Spokane Valley Police to address problem areas and are monitoring conditions as needed.
There was a winter weather advisory for parts of the Inland Northwest on Monday with widespread snow across the region.
