PORTLAND -- A wrong-way driver crashed at about 4:20 a.m. Monday in the southbound lanes of Interstate-205 on the Glenn Jackson Bridge, creating a massive backup on the Clark County commute into Portland.
The tractor-trailer also struck another car (pictured below), and its driver was taken to the hospital with traumatic injuries. She was expected to survive.
Investigators said they believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
