NEW ALBANY, Ind. -- A county coroner in Indiana says details about the deaths of a woman and two children who were found in a shallow creek will be released Friday.
Floyd County Coroner Leslie Knable performed the autopsies on Thursday.
New Albany Police Maj. Keith Whitlow has said investigators are treating the deaths as homicides despite the lack of any obvious signs of foul play.
WAVE-TV in Louisville, Ky.
says that the bodies found Thursday were those of Jamie Clutter, 35, her 10-year-old son Brandon and her 6-month-old daughter Katelyn. Clutter and her family had just moved from Aberdeen.
A person walking through Binford Park spotted the bodies in Falling Run Creek on Wednesday evening, Whitlow said. The creek is 12 to 18 inches deep. Whitlow did not have an estimate of how long the bodies had been in the creek.
