GRESHAM -- Three children have been reported missing after their grandmother did not return them to their home Sunday afternoon. Police fear that the grandmother may be having mental health issues, according to Gresham police.
The three were last seen with their grandmother, Barbara Cameron, 58, about 3:30 p.m. Sunday at her house near NE 77th and Halsey in Portland. They were to have been returned by early evening and the mother called police around 10 to report them missing.
Cameron drives a beige 2000 Toyota Corolla, Oregon license 702BYF. She is about 5 foot 5 and 200 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
She reportedly talks to her herself frequently using religious phrases and may be having mental health issues, police said. She has no cell phone.
The children were described as following:
-Amaya Cameron, 11, four feet and 90 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt, skinny jeans, black and pink flat shoes and a pink coat with fur on the collar.
-Riley Melia, 6, five feet tall and 40 pounds with strawberry blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a red and blue plaid shirt, blue corduroy pants, a blue pea coat and blue Converse shoes.
-Gage Melia, 2 , two feet 6 inches tall, 35 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a red, white and blue polo shirt, khaki pants, an olive green coat and blue Converse shoes.
