Seattle offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell will interview a second time for the Chicago Bears' coaching job, while defensive coordinator Gus Bradley is scheduled Tuesday for a second interview to coach the Philadelphia Eagles.
Bevell just finished his second season as Seattle's offensive coordinator and drew high praise for his work with rookie quarterback Russell Wilson. He also served as Minnesota's coordinator from 2006-10 and was an assistant in Green Bay before that, working with Brett Favre.
Bradley was in charge of a defense that allowed the fewest points per game this season and was fourth in total defense. However, the defense received criticism Sunday for giving up two big plays in an 18 second span at the end of the game, allowing the Atlanta Falcons to kick a field goal that knocked Seattle out of the playoffs.
ESPN, citing sources, reported the Bears will also conduct a second interview with Marc Trestman, head coach of the CFL's Montreal Alouettes.
The Bears, who declined comment, are looking to replace the fired Lovie Smith. The Eagles are replacing Andy Reid.
