SPOKANE, Wash. -- Spokane Co. deputies plan to execute a search warrant in the home of a Spokane woman, who the sheriff’s office says could be tied to three cold case murders.

Yolanda Sapps, 26, Nikkie Lowe, 34, and Kathlene Brisbois, 34, were all shot and killed within three months of each other in 1990 with a handgun.

Spokane Co. deputies identified Douglas (Donna) Perry, 60, as a person of interest in these cases.

Detectives would like to speak to anyone who might have information about these cases, or Perry potential involvement.  Anyone with any information that may assist detectives with these cold cases are asked to contact SCSO Detective Jim Dresback at 509-477-2214 JDresback@spokanesheriff.org or SPD Detective Mark Burbridge at 509-625-4262 info-mburbridge@spokanepolice.org
