Thurston County's largest horse-rescue operation is in desperate need of donations.
Hooved Animal Rescue says it can't help any more animals until it gets more money.
The organization took in 33 neglected animals in 2011 - including six extremely malnourished horses.
Now, vet bills and other costs have drained the rescue's budget.
The non-profit group tells The Olympian it's already about $10,000 in debt.
Donations can be sent to HAROTC, PO Box 711, East Olympia, WA 98540, or via Paypal on the group's website at www.har-otc.com.
