One of the many important skills my mother gave me was the drive to search for answers. Every time I’d ask what a word means, or where something is located, she’d tell me to go look it up. It drove me nuts! But I have to admit that skill comes in pretty handy now that I’m all grown up. Of course, I say the same thing to my kids and it drives them bonkers too.
