With rising college tuition and a slow economy, many parents are trying to figure out how they'll pay for college.  And if your student wants to go to a private school, it may cost you more than double what you'd pay for a local state college. We talked to ParentMap's Julie Ogata about turning pennies into dollars to pay for college.

Boys + Girls = Math Gender Gap
Is your daughter a math whiz?  How about your son?  A new study by the University of Washington takes a close look at the math gender gap. UW Researchers found that kids started expressing the stereotype that "math is for boys, not girls" as early as second grade. The study was done to find out why so few women choose math-based careers.
