They are artists and athletes, authors and activists, and they are all under the age of 16.  Bright young minds from across the Northwest and around the country are converging on Western Washington this weekend for the TED-X Redmond Conference.  It's an event put on by kids for kids. These young prodigies will share their secrets to success hoping to inspire their generation to reach for the stars.

12-year-old Adora Svitak is hosting the event. This precocious pre-teen has already published several books and speaks to educators across the country teaching them how to teach kids.  The lineup of young talent is extraordinary for this event.  TedX Redmond is this Saturday, September 18th at 1 p.m. at the Microsoft Conference Center in Redmond.
