Watch Oregon grow in new Google Earth time lapses

Google Earth unveiled an updated version Monday of its Timelapse, which allows you to see satellite images of the effects of growth dating to 1984.

It now has additional years and for some locations, more clarity and less clutter in the images.

The new time-lapse goes by in 10 seconds, but a feature allows you to change (recommended) to slow or medium speed. You can also stop year-by-year. Open Timelapse
