SPOKANE-- Spokane Patrol Officers caught a burglar by following his footprints in the snow Tuesday evening.
Spokane Patrol Officers arrested Jermaine M. Garland, 29, for 2nd Degree Burglary after he broke into the Salon Sentric at 124 E. Short Ave.
Officers responded to an alarm at the Salon, just before 11p.m., minutes after the initial alarm sounded.
Fresh snow had fallen and officers were able to follow shoe prints from the front of the business to the location of the suspect, at 2nd and Sherman.
Officers recovered the property stolen from the Salon in Garland’s backpack, along with marijuana.
