Gail DeGiulio from Global Partnerships shared more about the group's mission to use impact investments to offer people living in poverty in Latin America, the Caribbean, and sub-Saharan Africa, impactful ways to begin earning a living and improve their lives, and the lives of those in their communities.

Joining Gail for this insightful conversation was Rosemary Muthomi, who, with help from Global Partnerships, co-founded Meru Greens Horticulture with her husband in 1996. Meru Greens helps small holder farmers to grow and sell produce to bigger, better-paying formal markets. In addition to helping farmers, their compnay includes more than 400 employees, 90% of them women.

Rosemary will be guest speaker at Global Partnerships' 14th Annual World of Opportunity Luncheon, Thursday, October 13th at The Westin Seattle Grand Ballroom. Doors open at 11:30am and the program begins at Noon. There are still a few tickets left. CLICK HERE to learn more and to reserve a seat.
