Comfort food that's out of this world

A great new spot in Seattle, close to the banks of Lake Washington and the Leschi Marina. It's called Meet the Moon.

It's a laid back, relaxed cafe with yummy new American comfort food.

If you're wondering how they got their unique name, it's from the poem "Going for Water" by Robert Frost.

“We ran as if to meet the moon
That slowly dawned behind the trees,
The barren boughs without the leaves,
Without the birds, without the breeze.”

Great name, and a great menu!

They have seasonally inspired comfort food" including, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch. They’re open seven days a week.

On the Menu:

  • Curried Lentil Hash
  • Carne Asada Skillet Breakfast Plate
  • Dungeness Crab Roll
  • Mushroom Pot Pie
  • Chicken Bolognese
